    Healthy Quiches

Although the words' Healthy Quiches don't appear in the name of a food item, they are definitely healthy in nature. The name makes you think of casseroles, soups, and anything that's meant to be quick to make, but I'll also put the fact that they're all baked in the oven into the name of the item.

If you've been interested in French food and you're a health nut, this may seem like a good idea to you. It is. The recipes are simple and easy to follow, and you can make them right in your own kitchen.

Popular recipes include Meatballs in a bag. This recipe has already been created for children to enjoy, and it's a bit of a tougher one for adults. When you're ready to make a single serving of the Healthy Quiches, make sure you start with a large flat, non-stick pan. If you don't already have one, you'll need one.

Mix the meat with some diced tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Then add about a half cup of chicken broth and mix in the spices. Once that's mixed, pour it over the entire pan, making sure to leave a few inches of space at the bottom. Bake in the oven for about thirty minutes, and serve with your favorite dip.

If you're a fan of pizza, a Healthy Quiche can be served as a pizza with all the ingredients rolled up into a nice spread. You'll need a round non-stick pan, a wide base, and a tall baking dish. To help the pie cook up faster, cover the bottom of the pan with foil.

Take the meat, mushrooms, and cheese from the original recipe and mix them together. Place the mixture in the pan and cover it with foil to prevent it from burning. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for fifteen minutes. When done, top with fresh veggies and more cheese.

One of the favorites of the menu is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, so this is a fun way to make a Quiche. It's kind of difficult to get the mixture ready before you begin the cooking process, but it's easy to do. Just cut a whole banana in half, and fill the center with peanut butter.

To keep the inside of the pie from getting a greasy coat, dip each half of the banana in flour and place it on the center of the pie. Bake for a minute and then add the jelly on top.

Although it's generally safe to eat Healthy Quiches cooked as a regular pie, that doesn't mean that it has to be served in one. You can serve it in a casserole, if you like, or just top it with a piece of cheesecake or the like. One of the most popular ways to eat Healthy Quiches, however, is to top them with a chocolate chip cookie.

For an even richer experience, try adding different types of white chocolates to the mixture. When you've added enough, sprinkle with cocoa powder and let the cookies sit until they have a dark hue. Sprinkle a little more cocoa powder on top, and enjoy the sweet taste of a Healthy Quiche with a lot of chocolate.
